Send mailings to customers or course participants and use your own templates.

Goal
Your customers get information straight from Plexbook – with your logo and sender.
What you need
- Studio or Professional plan
Step by step
Open Email and click Send emails.
Choose recipients (e.g. all participants of a course), subject and text – or start from a template.
Create your own templates under My templates; Plexbook templates shows the automatic emails (e.g. booking confirmation).
The folder Sent lists every email sent, Failed those that could not be delivered.
Tips
- Own templates: up to 5 with Studio, unlimited with Professional.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
