Open the dashboard or your Plexbook Shop in Safari.
Tap the share icon (square with an arrow pointing up) – at the bottom on iPhone, at the top on iPad.
Scroll to "Add to Home Screen" and confirm with "Add". Done – Plexbook is now on your home screen.
Tip: in Plexbook itself, "Install app" shows you these steps as well. On newer iOS versions it also works from the share menu of other browsers.
in Chrome
Open the dashboard or your Plexbook Shop in Chrome.
Tap the three dots at the top right. Alternatively tap "Install app" in Plexbook or Chrome's install banner.
Choose "Install app" (on some devices "Add to Home screen") and confirm. Plexbook appears with your apps.
Other browsers such as Samsung Internet or Edge also offer installation in their menu.
in Chrome or Edge
Open the dashboard or your Plexbook Shop in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Click the install icon (screen with an arrow) on the right of the address bar – or "Install app" in Plexbook.
Plexbook opens in its own window and is available in the start menu, dock or desktop.
Safari on Mac: File → "Add to Dock". Firefox on desktop does not support installation – Plexbook simply runs in the browser there.
Easiest way: open Plexbook and tap "Install app". Plexbook detects your device and shows you the right steps.
