Can I match the spots to the number of reformers?
Yes. Every class has a fixed capacity – set it to the number of your machines. Once the class is full, Plexbook accepts no further bookings.
Can mat and reformer classes have different prices?
Yes. Every class is its own offer with its own price; for class passes you decide which classes they cover.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They can book as guests; with an account they see their bookings, memberships and remaining credit themselves.
What does Plexbook cost?
Plans from €35 per month plus VAT, 0% commission on your bookings, cancel monthly. You try it free for 14 days.
How do my customers pay?
Online in your shop through your own Stripe account – by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, subscriptions included. Cash payments you record in the dashboard.
