Yes. Sign up, choose your plan and try it for 14 days. You add a payment method; the first charge only happens after the trial, after which your plan continues automatically unless you cancel.
Plexbook is built for clubs, studios, and service providers offering classes, training, workshops, or services. Whether you run a sports club, a yoga or fitness studio, work as a coach, or offer courses – Plexbook is flexible by design and adapts to a wide range of business models.
Today, many providers juggle several tools at once – for bookings, payments, invoices, and attendee lists. Plexbook replaces this tool chaos with a single platform where every process comes together seamlessly and runs automatically.
Yes. Plexbook was built specifically for the European market and meets all GDPR requirements. All personal data is stored exclusively on servers within the EU and processed in line with European data protection standards.
If your organization becomes inactive (subscription ended, or a payment still open after the 14-day grace period), your data is kept for another 30 days. During that time you can download all receipts, income, expenses, customers and bookings as a ZIP as an admin, and we remind you by email 14, 7 and 1 day beforehand. After that we delete all data of your organization – invoices and receipts too, which you have to keep yourself (7 years in Austria).
Yes. Plexbook automatically generates legally compliant invoices for Germany and Austria. All mandatory details are included, so invoices can be used directly for accounting and tax purposes.
Your customers pay online via Stripe – by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, subscriptions included. You can offer one-time payments, subscriptions, 10-session passes and vouchers. Payment is linked directly to the booking and invoice, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account – Plexbook takes 0% commission. More on the page "Payments with Stripe".
No. Bookings are possible both with and without a customer account. Optionally, customers can create an account to manage their bookings, sessions, subscriptions, and remaining credits themselves.
Yes – without an app store. The dashboard for your team (admins and trainers) and the Plexbook Shop for your customers can be installed as an app on iPhone, Android and desktop. See the "Plexbook as an app" page for a guide.
Plans start at €35 per month plus VAT: Start, Studio and Professional for larger teams – locations are unlimited in every plan. With yearly billing you get two months free. We take 0% commission on your bookings – only Stripe's fees apply. Cancel monthly. Full details are on the pricing page.
Yes. You try your chosen plan for 14 days. The first charge only happens after the trial; cancel before and you pay nothing.
A setup assistant guides you through profile, branding, legal details, contact and connecting Stripe. Then you add courses, locations and your team.
There is no automatic import yet. You add your offers in the dashboard, and customers enter their details themselves when they first book. During the trial you can set up Plexbook alongside your current system and then move your customers over step by step. Our support is happy to help with any questions.
Plexbook runs in the cloud: we roll out new versions without you installing anything. If you use Plexbook as an app, a "New version available" notice appears – one tap on "Reload" is all it takes, no app store involved.
Yes – personally and right in the dashboard: in the “Help” tab you pick an area, ask your question and get the answer in the same conversation (plus an email notice). Alternatively by email at support@plexbook.io. The Help Centre has step-by-step guides, e.g. for setting up Stripe, and the guide to installing Plexbook as an app; all updates are listed in the changelog.
Yes, in every plan: your logo (light and dark) and accent colour appear in your booking shop. From the Studio plan you add your own email templates, with the Professional plan the browser tab shows your own favicon and you can also hide the Plexbook note in the shop. Your customers see your brand, not ours.
