Pricing FAQ
How does the trial work?
You try your plan free for 14 days. You add a payment method; afterwards the subscription starts automatically. Cancel before and you pay nothing.
Does Plexbook take a cut of my bookings?
No. There is no commission. Only Stripe's payment fees apply, and the money goes straight to your account.
Are prices net?
Yes, all prices are net, plus VAT.
Can I switch plans?
Any time in the dashboard: an upgrade applies immediately and is prorated, a downgrade at the end of the billing period.
Am I a trainer as an admin too?
Yes. Your admin account is a trainer as well: you can run your own sessions, see participant lists and record attendance – just like your team, plus access to finances and settings. As a solo trainer one account is enough. Every person on the team (admin or trainer) counts once towards your plan's accounts; customers never count.
What if my team grows?
Every additional person (admin or trainer) costs 5 € per month or 50 € per year – the same in every plan. You add seats in the dashboard with one click; they run with your plan and appear on the same invoice. For the rest of the term you only pay pro rata. Fewer seats apply from the next renewal. During the trial, additional seats are free – billing only starts with your first invoice. From about 12 people, Professional with 25 people included pays off.
Who is the Professional plan for?
For larger teams, clubs and chains: 25 people in the team, finance, trainer and location statistics, unlimited own email templates and a shop without the Plexbook note, with your own favicon. More features for larger businesses are on the way.
How many locations can I add?
As many as you need – locations are unlimited in every plan, Start included. Every course and session has its location, and one calendar shows what happens where.
What does yearly billing give me?
You pay for ten months and use twelve – two months are free.
What happens to my data after cancelling?
If your organization becomes inactive (subscription ended, or a payment still open after the 14-day grace period), your data is kept for another 30 days. During that time you can download all receipts, income, expenses, customers and bookings as a ZIP as an admin, and we remind you by email 14, 7 and 1 day beforehand. After that we delete all data of your organization – invoices and receipts too, which you have to keep yourself (7 years in Austria).
