Set up notifications and push messages

Choose what Plexbook tells you about in the app and by push.

Goal

You hear about new bookings, cancellations or payment problems at once – and only what matters to you.

What you need

  • For push: Plexbook installed as an app

Step by step

  1. Click the bell at the top right or open Notifications in the sidebar.

  2. Filter by all or Unread and by type. Mark all as read clears the list.

  3. Further down, switch In the app and Push on or off per topic (new bookings, cancellations, failed payments, form submissions …).

Tips

  • Trainers get a reminder two hours before their session.

Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
