Build forms with the form editor

Build sign-up, health or contact forms with a live preview and collect the submissions.

Goal

A published form is reachable through your shop and submissions arrive in the dashboard.

What you need

  • Studio or Professional plan

Step by step

  1. Open Forms and click Create form.

  2. Card Title & description: title and short text; the shop address is created from the title.

  3. Card Fields: add text fields, choices, checkboxes and more with Add field. The Live preview on the right shows the result.

  4. Cards Notification and Confirmation email: set who is informed about a submission and which email the sender receives.

  5. Set the status to published and click Create form.

  6. The detail page lists all submissions: filter them, group them, download Excel/CSV or write to senders with Send email.

Tips

  • Duplicate in the card menu copies a form as a draft.

Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
