Set up your organization: the guide in the dashboard

The "Set up your organization" card leads you to your shop opening in the right order.

Goal

All required steps are done and your shop is open for customers.

Open the Dashboard. At the top you see the card Set up your organization with your progress.
Click Details to see all steps: organization & legal texts, payments with Stripe, add a location, invite your team, create categories, publish a course with sessions, design your shop, open the shop and share the link.
Work through the steps from top to bottom. Each step has a button that takes you to the right place, e.g. Set up payments.
Locked steps tell you which step to finish first.
If something is still missing in Organization & legal texts or Design your shop, the step shows e.g. Still missing: Logo, Shop subtitle, Terms and conditions. Click an item – the settings open right at the field. A step is done only once all of it is filled in.
Your shop opens automatically – via your link and in the Plexbook shop overview (shop.plexbook.io) – once every required step is done: payments active, one public and active course, logo, shop title and subtitle, legal notice, privacy policy and terms and conditions. Then Open the shop & share the link is done and the card disappears. Share the shop with Copy link.
At that moment you see the message Your shop is now online once, with your shop link. Open shop shows it in a new tab, Close hides the message – it does not come back for your organization, not even for other admins.

Until then visitors of your link only see This shop is opening soon – no offers, no booking. You and your team see the preview after signing in.
If something goes missing later (e.g. you delete the terms and conditions), the shop closes for new bookings again. Existing customers still reach My bookings, their invoices, cancellations and open payment links.
The card cannot be skipped – it stays until your shop is complete. Use the arrow to fold it to one line.

Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
