Activate online payments with Stripe
Connect a Stripe account so customers pay online in your shop and the money goes straight to your account.

Goal
The status under "Online payments (Stripe)" shows "Active".
What you need
- Admin role
- ID and bank details for Stripe's verification
Step by step
Open Settings and the tab Bank Details.
In the section Online payments (Stripe) click Connect with Stripe.
Fill in the details at Stripe; you return to the dashboard automatically.
If details are missing, click Complete details at Stripe.
While Stripe reviews your details the status is In review. Refresh status fetches the latest state.
Tips
- Plexbook takes no commission on your bookings – only Stripe's fees apply.
- Payment methods: customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay – for bookings, packages, vouchers, payment links and subscriptions. Apple Pay and Google Pay show up automatically on devices where they are set up; in Stripe they are on by default (Open payment methods in Stripe in the section Online payments (Stripe)).
- Plexbook does not offer other methods such as SEPA Direct Debit, EPS, Klarna or PayPal at checkout – even if they are active in your Stripe account.
- Existing subscriptions with SEPA Direct Debit keep being charged. A direct debit is Processing for a few days – the seat stays reserved and the invoice follows once the bank confirms.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
