Design your shop and share the link

Logo, colour and cover image make the booking shop yours – then share the link.

Goal

Your shop matches your brand and customers find it through your link.

What you need

Step by step

  1. Open Settings → tab Shop and upload your logo and choose the shop colour in Branding.

  2. With the Professional plan, upload the small icon for the browser tab of your shop in Favicon (PNG, WebP or ICO, max. 1 MB, ideally square and at least 48 × 48 px). The live preview shows it in a browser tab; the bin icon removes it again.

  3. In the same tab set cover image and layout in Shop design. Save everything with the bar at the bottom.

  4. In the Shop section use Copy link or Open shop.

  5. Share the link on your website, social media or by email.

  6. In Contact & trainers in the shop enter your number in Phone for customers and click Save number. Customers see it together with your reply-to email at the top of the shop under Help, at the bottom in Contact & help and during booking.

Tips

  • Your shop opens – via your link and in the Plexbook shop overview – only with a logo and a title and subtitle (tab Shop), together with legal notice, privacy policy, terms and conditions, active payments and a public course. Until then your link shows This shop is opening soon. The cover image is optional.
  • Name trainers in the shop shows the first name and initial of the last name with free sessions and lets customers filter by them. Without the switch the names stay hidden.
  • With the Professional plan you can hide the Plexbook hint in the shop.
  • Your own favicon comes with the Professional plan: it appears in the browser tab and bookmarks of your shop – otherwise the Plexbook icon. Logo and shop colour are in every plan. SVG is not allowed for security reasons; a 512 × 512 px PNG also looks sharp on a phone home screen.
  • The shop icon at the top right of the dashboard (Open shop) opens your shop in a new tab – on phones you find Open shop under More.
  • If you enter an image URL of another website for the cover or a course image, Plexbook copies the image into your Plexbook storage when you save – for privacy reasons the shop only shows its own images. Older images from other websites are copied with Copy images in the notice under Courses or in the Shop tab. If an image does not load, the shop shows a placeholder, and your name instead of the logo.

Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
