Manage and cancel subscriptions
Keep track of running subscriptions, cancel them or undo a cancellation.
Goal
You know which subscriptions run and manage them without going to Stripe.
What you need
- A course with subscription billing
Step by step
Open Subscriptions. The tab Active lists running subscriptions, Past ended ones.
Filter by status, course and location.
Click a subscription to open its page – customer, class, subscription details, all monthly invoices and its bookings. Back to subscriptions returns to the list with your filters.
On the subscription page or under the actions in the list choose Cancel subscription. It runs until the end of the paid period.
Made a mistake? Choose Undo cancellation.
Tips
- Customers can also cancel their subscription themselves in the shop.
- If a payment fails the person gets an email with a link to update the payment method. After 14 unpaid days Plexbook ends the subscription automatically; until then they can keep attending.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
