Invoices for subscriptions
Every subscription period automatically gets an invoice with its service period.
Goal
You find every monthly invoice of a subscription and see what is paid or open.
What you need
- A running subscription
Step by step
Open Subscriptions and click the subscription – its page opens.
The section Invoices lists every monthly invoice and credit note with number, service period, date, amount and status – newest first.
Open invoices are highlighted. The PDF icon downloads an invoice.
The tiles for invoices and paid amounts show the totals, credit notes already deducted.
Tips
- Customers receive every invoice by email automatically.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
