Create an account and choose a plan
Register your organization in four steps and start the free trial.
Goal
You have a Plexbook account, an organization and a running 14-day trial.
What you need
- An email address or a Google or Apple account
- Name and address of your organization
Step by step
On the website, click Try for free or 14-day trial on a plan.
Step Paket (plan): choose Start, Studio or Professional and Monatlich (monthly) or Jährlich (yearly, 2 months free – every card shows how much you save a year) at the top. Click Weiter.
More people work with Plexbook than your plan includes? Set Zusätzliche Zugänge (additional seats) under Team-Zugänge – the price plan + number × seat = total is shown right below.
Step Konto (account): sign up with Google, Apple or email. With email, confirm the link in the confirmation email afterwards.
Step Organization: enter name, address, country, language, time zone and your industry, then click Weiter zur Übersicht.
Step Abschluss (order): check the order summary, accept the terms and privacy policy and click Kostenpflichtig abonnieren. You are only charged after the trial.
Tips
- During the trial you pay nothing, not for additional seats either. Plan and seats are charged from the first invoice after 14 days.
- The registration is in German for now; the dashboard is available in English afterwards.
- The industry sets matching terms (e.g. classes instead of courses). You can change it later under Settings → Terms.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
