Step by step
Open Statistics in the sidebar.
Choose the period at the top (e.g. Last 30 days) and the comparison Previous period.
Filter by location, trainer or category.
Switch between the sections Overview, Revenue, Bookings, Courses, Customers, Subscriptions, Trainers & locations and Vouchers & passes.
Export CSV downloads a section's figures for Excel.
Tips
- Every figure explains in one short sentence how it is calculated.
- On a phone the top shows only the period, the download and Filter: period, comparison and every filter – in Revenue also account, customer, payment method and tax rate – are in the filter sheet.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
