Add your team – trainers receive an invitation and see their sessions.

What you need
- Admin role
- Start: 3 people in the team, Studio 6, Professional 25 – each additional one 5 € per month
Step by step
Open Trainers and click New trainer.
Enter name and email and save with Create trainer.
Plexbook sends an invitation by email. Until it is accepted the person shows Invitation pending.
Assign the person in your courses' Schedules. Details shows their sessions and figures.
Tips
- People in the team per plan: Start 3, Studio 6, Professional 25. If all are in use, you add a seat right when inviting (5 € per month).
- As an admin you are a trainer too: you can run your own sessions and record attendance – no second account needed. Your admin account counts as one seat.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
