Schedules, sessions and cancellations

Plan recurring sessions and cancel single sessions or a whole series.

Goal

Your sessions are in the calendar; cancelled sessions are communicated and refunded.

Open Courses, choose the course and Edit. In the tab Schedules set weekdays, time, location and trainer.
The tab Sessions lists every single session of the course.
To cancel a session, open it in the Calendar and choose Cancel session. Confirm.
For a whole series choose Cancel series. Plexbook shows open refunds until all are done.

Booked customers receive an email automatically when a session is cancelled.
The course page lists every schedule at a glance; Edit opens that schedule directly, and Edit on an upcoming session opens it in the calendar.

Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
