Add legal texts: legal notice, privacy, terms
Add your legal texts as a link or as text – they appear in the shop and in emails.

Goal
Your shop shows a complete legal notice, your privacy policy and your terms.
What you need
- Admin role
- Your own legal texts (Plexbook gives no legal advice)
Step by step
Open Settings → tab Organization → section Legal texts.
For each document (legal notice, privacy policy, terms) choose Link or Text.
With Link enter the address on your website.
With Text write it in the editor – with headings, bold, lists and links.
Save with the bar at the bottom. Customers see the texts in the shop footer and when booking.
Tips
- All three are required: without legal notice, privacy policy and terms and conditions your shop does not open – visitors see This shop is opening soon.
- Check your texts whenever offer, prices or cancellation rules change.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
