Buy additional team seats

Your team grows? Every additional person costs 5 € per month or 50 € per year – the same in every plan.

Goal

Every admin and trainer has their own account without changing your plan.

Open Billing and scroll to Team seats. You see how many seats are used and how many your plan includes (Start 3, Studio 6, Professional 25).
Click Change seats and set the number of additional seats with plus and minus.
Check the price: with more seats you pay the share until the end of your term once now; afterwards they renew with your plan.
Confirm with Book seats. The new seats are ready for invitations right away.

You can already choose additional seats at the registration (step Paket → Team-Zugänge).
Under Billing the price of your plan shows plan + number × seat = total, also on the Current plan card.
During the trial, additional seats are free – they are only charged from your first invoice. The date is shown in the card.
If you invite someone and all seats are in use, the purchase opens right in the invitation.
Fewer seats apply from the next renewal; until then the paid ones stay usable. There is no refund.
From about 12 people, Professional costs as much as Studio with additional seats – the dialog shows you.
Customers never count as seats, open invitations do.

Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
