Several sessions in one booking
Customers choose several sessions of an offer in the shop and pay them together – with one email and one calendar file.
Goal
Regular customers book all their sessions in one step instead of one by one.

Step by step
For every offer with single sessions and one-time payment customers can book several sessions at once automatically – there is nothing to switch on.
In the shop the sessions become checkboxes. Customers tick every session they want or use Select all; count and total are shown on top.
With Next all sessions are reserved together. If one is full by now, it is marked and the others stay selected.
The participants apply to every session. Payment is one Stripe checkout with one line per session.
After payment one email arrives with all sessions, the invoices and a calendar file (.ics). In the dashboard every session is its own booking; the booking page shows Part of a group with all sessions.
Tips
- Search the bookings for the group number (G-…) to see every session of a group.
- Cancellations and refunds apply per session – with that session's cancellation deadline.
- If a spot turns out to be gone after payment, Plexbook refunds only that session's share automatically.
- Every session gets its own invoice; the customer receives them together in one email.
Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
