Passes, voucher codes and course discounts

Sell 5- or 10-session passes, hand out voucher codes and grant course discounts.

Goal

Customers can buy passes and redeem codes or discounts when booking.

What you need

  • At least one course

Step by step

  1. Open Passes/Vouchers.

  2. Tab Passes: click Create pass, set name, number of sessions, price and valid courses and save.

  3. Tab Voucher Codes: create codes with an amount or percentage, e.g. for promotions.

  4. Tab Course discounts: lists every discount for paying in full. You set it in the course – with payment method Flexible under Discount for paying in full, as a percentage only (e.g. 5 %).

  5. Deactivate takes a product off sale without losing existing passes.

Tips

  • The tab Participants shows how many sessions a customer has left.

Menu names adapt to your industry – instead of "Courses" you may see "Classes" or "Services".
